Is my business ready to sell?

Before going to market, it helps to honestly assess where the business stands. Ask yourself:

  • If I stepped away for a month, what would break?
  • Are my financials and records organized enough for a buyer to verify quickly?
  • How much of the value depends on my personal relationships or memory?
  • Can I clearly show repeat demand and operational continuity?
  • Is there a documented way the business runs, or does it run on improvisation?

If several answers point back to you personally, the business is probably stronger as a future asset than it is ready to sell today, and that gap is exactly what preparation closes. A consultation is the fastest way to turn these questions into a plan.
